You will need to know:

  • Your member number (without preceding zeros) which can be found on your statement or receipts (not your Social Security number!)
  • Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
    • On an individual account, the starting PIN number is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
    • On a joint account, the starting PIN number will be the last four digits of the primary member's Social Security number.
    • We encourage you to change it on the system to a number that only you know.

Refer to the following menu for information on the automated system.  

(For Example: To check the most recent deposits in a draft account, you would press "1" for Experienced Users, then "2" for Inquiries, then "2" for Draft Inquiries, then "3" for Deposit Inquiry, and then "1" for Recent Deposits.)

NOTE: To repeat the choices at any level, press the asterisk * key; and to return to the previous menu, press the pound # key.
