Direct Deposit

Direct deposit of paychecks or government checks such as Social Security and tax refunds can be set up to be deposited into a share (savings) or share draft (checking) account. The only information that the employer/payor needs is our routing and transit number which is 231176897, and the account number where the money is to be deposited. This is the member number followed by a -00 if the money is to be allocated to the share account, or a -10 if the money is to be deposited into a share draft account. The dash at the end is important for proper posting.

For general information about direct deposit, please download this brochure or see GoDirect.org.

ACH Transfers

ACH (Automated Clearing House) Transfers are electronic payments/deposits. By providing creditors with our routing and transit number (which is 231176897 and found at the bottom of your checks), and your SFCU member number, you can have routine or single-occurrence items automatically deposited into or withdrawn from your account. These are ACH items.

Your ACH account number is your member number (found on your statement, or your membership card), followed by -00 for savings transactions, or -10 for checking transactions. Remember, the dash (-) is important for proper posting.
